Change-Ready Solutions is a consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping businesses achieve higher levels of sustainable business results by learning how to put their people first. Our secret sauce is to create a culture in which employees are aligned with the organization's mission, vision and goals and are autonomous,  mutually supportive, adaptable, continuously evolve and feel that they belong.

History: A group of close colleagues came together to answer the question, ”How can we help businesses create a culture that puts employees first and in a way that propels the organization and its bottom line over the top?”

Experience: We have worked in world class organizations in a wide variety of industries including technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, biotech, management consulting, education and mental health, and have expertise in a variety of key organizational skills including managing highly complex organizational projects, developing Gen Y/Z teams, leading organizational change, diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion, and innovation & problem-solving.


Approach: We are not typical consultant/coaches. We aim to walk the talk; to put first the well-being of our clients and ourselves, as people, because we know when a person is operating at their personal best, organizational results follow.

Bruce N. Fern, M. Ed. is the founder and president of Change-Ready Solutions and co-founder of Advanced Human Harmonics™. His background is in the behavioral sciences which he applies to all of Change-Ready Solution's business solutions. He is an accomplished organization transformation leader who helps businesses transform internal business practices (diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, culture, change management and talent engagement/retention) and client-facing practices (customer experience and sales optimization). Bruce has also been a professor at NYU SCPS and Baruch School of Management.

Bruce began his career in MOHR/Blessing White, one of the nation's leading professional development companies where he was on the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Vice President of Consulting. Bruce was also a leader in IBM's external management consulting Talent & Change Global Center of Excellence. Before that, Bruce founded and managed Performance Connections International Inc for 15 years, a training and consulting firm specializing in leadership development, employee engagement, talent and customer retention.


Diana Ahl, M.Ed. is a bilingual Executive Leadership Development Coach and Consultant with over 30 years of experience and co-founder of Advanced Human Harmonics™. She coaches leaders and consults with organizations in the areas of optimizing team performance, organizational health, women in leadership, and creating inclusive feedback systems that raise engagement and performance. Her specialty is helping her clients to discover their true wisdom and to leverage it to achieve next level results.
Diana holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instructional Design from Longwood
University and received her formal coach training at IPEC.  She is a member of the International Federation of Coaches and is a Professional Certified Coach. Diana also holds certifications as a Working Genius facilitator, Inclusive Problem Solving, Mental Health First Aid, and is a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator.

Kate Parsons PCC, CRS is a Leadership & Recovery Coach with over 12 years of experience with a speciality in partnering with professionals and executives in high pressure situations to manage stress and improve their well-being. Kate understands it is not uncommon, during life stressors, we turn towards unproductive coping strategies that threaten our success. As co-founder of Advanced Human Harmonics™, she also partners with organizations to curate cultures that put people first to promote significant growth and well-being.


Kate is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) from the PA Certification Board. She studied Alcohol & Drug Counseling at Villanova University and is a Level-1 Certified Trauma-Informed Coach. Kate also has 34-years of experience as a leader and director in the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in coaching, project management, training, process development, and process improvement.

Rob Gilfoyle is our strategic partner in change management and leadership development with a special focus on Digital Evolution. He has over twenty years of organizational change leadership experience and has provided leadership training to thousands of managers and executives in Canada, the USA, Europe and Africa, including to Fortune 500 organizations. He is a member of the faculty for the Certificate in Executive Leadership program for the Chartered Professional Accountants Institute of British Columbia and the Directors College.

Rob is also the president of Digital Evolution Canada (DEC) whose purpose is to make the unavoidable digital evolution that small and medium-sized enterprises have to make, quicker, easier and significantly more profitable than it would have been without our help. Rob and Change-Ready Solutions work hand-in-hand on DEC Digital Evolution client initiatives.

Alvin Lee is both an executive consultant with Change-Ready Solutions as well as a Executive Advisor to our firm on all things diversity related. Alvin has worked in world-class organizations both in the private sector and higher education. He has held such roles as Senior Director for Training and Development at Merrill Lynch and Senior Vice President at Lee Hecht Harrison where he was responsible for diversity initiatives along with Consultant training. He joined the ranks of academia at Purdue University and has recently moved to Rose-Human Institute as the Director of Human Resources.

Alvin's primary areas of expertise are Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management, Group Facilitation, Employee Relations, and Team Building. Alvin has served as a senior level facilitator of change management and process improvement efforts across the U.S. in Japan, Australia, and Europe. Alvin earned his B.A. degree from Earlham College, in Richmond, Indiana and has completed professional certifications in diversity, change management, team building, MBTI, employment law and most recently, COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Johns Hopkins University.

Harvey Birnbaum is an advisor to Change-Ready Solutions specializing in the area of new ventures and entrepreneurial efforts. A veteran of the automotive industry, Harvey is a thought leader and recognized as the visionary into innovative products and solutions. Harvey advised Change-Ready Solutions on its entry into the diversity market and continues to advise us on potential new solutions to generate revenue and customer satisfaction.

Tim Wasserman is our long-term strategic partner who specializes in facilitation excellence, innovation, organization transformation, project management, talent retention, and turning ideas and visions into action and results. Tim is a thought leader who speaks, writes and delivers workshops globally on the topics of adaptive leadership, strategy execution, team effectiveness, human capital, talent development, project and program management, organization change and transformation, and learning and education effectiveness.

In addition to being on the Change-Ready Solutions team, Tim is Chief Learning Officer of the Wasserman Learning Alliance and has help CLO and senior executive positions with Stanford University, Strategy Execution Inc, IPS Solutions and and Integral Talent Systems.
