Bruce N. Fern, M. Ed. is the founder and president of Change-Ready Solutions. His background is in the behavioral sciences which he applies to all of Change-Ready Solution's business solutions. He is an accomplished organization transformation leader who helps businesses transform internal business practices (diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership, culture, change management and talent engagement/retention) and client-facing practices (customer experience and sales optimization). Bruce has also been a professor at NYU SCPS and Baruch School of Management.

Bruce began his career in consulting at MOHR/Blessing White, one of the nation's leading professional development companies where he was on the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Vice President of Consulting. Bruce was also a leader in IBM's external management consulting Talent & Change Global Center of Excellence and was the corporate VP in charge of agency leadership development for New York Life. Before that, Bruce founded and managed Performance Connections International Inc for 15 years, a training and consulting firm specializing in leadership development, employee engagement, talent retention, and customer experience and sales optimization.

Natalie Jenkins is the Executive Vice President of Client Services at Change-Ready Solutions. She has been a distinguished leader for over 20 years in providing consulting and training services to businesses to support organizational transformation. Natalie has enabled fortune 500 and non-profit enterprises alike to build productive, diverse and healthy employee cultures that drive long-term business results. Natalie is also currently the President/Founder of Possibility Designer, providing services that enable businesses to more effectively innovate, solve complex business problems, and leverage diversity to achieve better business results.


Previously, Natalie was one of the leaders of the start-up team at Waggl which provides a disruptive technology-driven continuous listening platform to market. Prior to Waggl, she was the Director of Strategic Innovation at New & Improved, a leading innovation and problem-solving training and consulting business Before New & Improved, Natalie was one of the founding members of the team that created Innova, then the exclusive U.S. distributor of training programs based on the work of creative thinking guru, Edward de Bono.

Alvin Lee is both an executive consultant with Change-Ready Solutions as well as a Executive Advisor to our firm on all things diversity related. Alvin has worked in world-class organizations both in the private sector and higher education. He has held such roles as Senior Director for Training and Development at Merrill Lynch and Senior Vice President at Lee Hecht Harrison where he was responsible for diversity initiatives along with Consultant training. He joined the ranks of academia at Purdue University and has recently moved to Rose-Human Institute as the Director of Human Resources.

Alvin's primary areas of expertise are Diversity and Inclusion, Change Management, Group Facilitation, Employee Relations, and Team Building. Alvin has served as a senior level facilitator of change management and process improvement efforts across the U.S. in Japan, Australia, and Europe.

Alvin earned his B.A. degree from Earlham College, in Richmond, Indiana and has completed professional certifications in diversity, change management, team building, MBTI, employment law and most recently, COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Johns Hopkins University.

Rob Gilfoyle is our strategic partner in change management and leadership development with a special focus on Digital Evolution. He has over twenty years of organizational change leadership experience and has provided leadership training to thousands of managers and executives in Canada, the USA, Europe and Africa, including to Fortune 500 organizations. He is a member of the faculty for the Certificate in Executive Leadership program for the Chartered Professional Accountants Institute of British Columbia and the Directors College.

Rob is also the president of Digital Evolution Canada (DEC) whose purpose is to make the unavoidable digital evolution that small and medium-sized enterprises have to make, quicker, easier and significantly more profitable than it would have been without our help. Rob and Change-Ready Solutions work hand-in-hand on DEC Digital Evolution client initiatives.


Latise Hairston, Ph.D., PCC, CCMP, CDP is a global transformative leader who guides, empowers, and assists people in developing creative solutions to life’s challenges. She advocates for all human beings and influences systems to create practices, policies, and cultures that respect individuality and focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Latise specializes in diversity, equity and inclusion, creative problem solving, instructional design, training/facilitation, leadership, and organizational development.

Latise holds an M.S. in Counseling, M.S. in Creativity and Change Leadership, and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy (with a concentration in Organizational Development) and is a graduate of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Academy. She is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Business, Management, and Leadership at Medaille College, a certified professional coach, Certified Diversity Professional, DISC Behavioral Analysis Trainer & Consultant, and FourSight facilitator, among other credentials. Latise is also the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of HOPE Consulting.


Stela Lupushor is our strategic partner in inclusion, work design for the future, and analytics. She is also the founder and Chief Executive Re-framer of Reframe.Work Inc., a consulting firm advising organizations on workplace inclusion in order to bring resiliency and access to talent in an environment disrupted by demographic shifts, technology, value chain disintermediation, and human behavior evolution.


Stela is also the Program Director, Strategic Workforce Planning and HRBPs Council at The Conference Board, facilitating conversations with Fortune 500 corporations-members on building new global workforce strategies to deliver business performance.  She is the Human Capital Analytics Center Leader at the Conference Board, shaping its research agenda. Previously Stela established and led the People Analytics functions at Fidelity Investments, TIAA and IBM where she developed analytics capabilities across the organizations and enabled data-driven workforce decision making.

Tim Wasserman is our long-term strategic partner who specializes in facilitation excellence, innovation, organization transformation, project management, talent retention, and turning ideas and visions into action and results. Tim is a thought leader who speaks, writes and delivers workshops globally on the topics of adaptive leadership, strategy execution, team effectiveness, human capital, talent development, project and program management, organization change and transformation, and learning and education effectiveness.

In addition to being on the Change-Ready Solutions team, Tim is Chief Learning Officer of the Wasserman Learning Alliance and has help CLO and senior executive positions with Stanford University, Strategy Execution Inc, IPS Solutions and and Integral Talent Systems.
